Congratulations to our Jungend Forscht mentees Charlotte Klar und Katharina Austermann! On top of their German Chancellor’s prize on the national level, they now also won a special prize at the most prestigious European science fair Contest for Young Scientists (EUCYS) 2023 in Brussels. It was an absolute pleasure to support their genius project on the temperature dependent levitation of pyrolytic graphene. Wonderful to work with such creative and curious minds! True female role models.
